"Viber" or “We” means Viber Media S.à r.l., a company incorporated in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, having offices at 2 rue du Fossé, -1536 Luxembourg. 

Participants. In order to participate in the Contest you must have a Viber account. Participation is forbidden for Viber and the rest of the Rakuten Group, and their family members or anyone else connected in setting up or administrating the Contest. 

1. Entries to the Contest.
   1. General:
      1. Entry to the Contest is free and does not require making any purchase or paying any fee. 
      1. The Contest shall take place between 08.07.2024 9:00AM - 15.07.2024 9:00AM  (Central European Standard Time) (the “Term”), unless we decide to extend the Term.
   1. How to Compete:
      1. To enter the Contest, Participants must:
         1. have a Viber account,
         1. be resident in Hungary,
         1. subscribe or have subscribed to the Street Kitchen Viber channel and
         1. answer 1 quiz question correctly.
         1. If all criteria are complied with it shall be an “Entry”.
      1. Each Participant may only compete once. 
      1. In addition to these Terms the terms at https://www.viber.com/en/terms/ shall apply.
   1. Viber reserves the right to stop accepting Entries, at any time, in its sole discretion. Viber assumes no responsibility for Entries not received on time or at all for whatever reason, including due to a technical error or malfunction.
2. Winners and Prizes.
   1. How to Win:
      1. Of all those that submitted an entry, Viber will choose 3 participants at random as the winner (the “Winners”).
      1. The Winners of the Contest will be contacted by Street Kitchen with instructions on how to redeem the Prize. If a user does not respond within 48 hours they may forfeit the Prize and it can be provided to a different Participant.
   1. The Prize(s):
      1. 3 Winners will receive 1 Street Kitchen Guide 2024 book (the “Prize”):

The Prize is for the Street Kitchen Guide 2024 book only and no additional money or benefit will be provided for delivery. It is the Winner’s sole responsibility to ensure that they can receive it.

No cash alternative to the Prize will be offered. The Prize is offered on 'NO EXCHANGE, NO REFUND' basis and is not transferable. We reserve the right to substitute the Prize with another prize or prizes of equivalent value without giving prior notice. You understand that in the event a delay causes you to miss any part of the Prize, or any part of the Prize is canceled for any reason, you will not be given a substitute Prize.

• The Prize is provided by Street Kitchen and Viber takes no responsibility for its use or redemption.

• Viber may prohibit you from participating in the Contest or winning a Prize (or any other action it deems appropriate) if, in its sole discretion, it determines that you are attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by fraud, cheating, hacking, deception, other unfair practice or are in non compliance with applicable Viber terms or applicable law relevant to the Promotion.
  • Viber is entitled to change the Prizes, add more Prizes, activities and opportunities as part of the Contest and/or to decide to award additional Winners, in its sole discretion.

• Limitation of Liability. 
  • VIBER AND EACH OF ITS AFFILIATES, AND/OR EACH OF ITS RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGE ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST OR ANY OTHER CLAIM RELATED IN ANY WAY TO THE CONTEST. THESE EXCLUSIONS INCLUDE, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, EVEN IF VIBER AND ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES HAD BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY THEREOF AND REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY UPON WHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED. BECAUSE SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, IN SUCH STATES OR JURISDICTIONS, VIBER, AND EACH OF ITS AFFILIATES’ LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. 
  • AS A CONDITION OF ENTRY INTO THE CONTEST, YOU AGREE TO RELEASE VIBER AND EACH OF ITS AFFILIATES, AND/OR EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, LOSS, CLAIMS, DEMANDS OR ACTIONS OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER FOR INJURIES, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY WHICH MAY BE SUSTAINED IN CONNECTION WITH: ACCESSING THE BOT; SUBMITTING AN ENTRY OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATING IN ANY ASPECT OF THE CONTEST; THE RECEIPT, OWNERSHIP OR USE OF ANY PRIZE AWARDED; WHERE APPLICABLE, PREPARING FOR, PARTICIPATING IN ANY PRIZE-RELATED ACTIVITY; OR ANY TYPOGRAPHICAL OR OTHER ERROR IN THESE CONTEST TERMS OR THE ANNOUNCEMENT OR THE OFFERING OF THE PRIZE.

  • Subject to applicable law, Viber reserves the right to cancel or amend the Contest and these Terms at any time without notice and at Viber's sole discretion. 
  • The Contest and these Terms will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
